The show match held at IgroMir 2013 became the starting point for Warface’s success in the eSports arena.
Over 10 years, more than two thousand professional and amateur tournaments have been held on Warface with a total prize fund of more than 134.4 million rubles.
During this time, the game has become a partner and one of the disciplines of a large number of professional and amateur tournaments of such brands as Svyaznoy, Intel, Delivery Club, Rostelecom, VK. This year, “Games of the Future” was also added to the list of tournament organizers, introducing Warface + laser tag as one of the disciplines of physical-tactical combat, with the final in February 2024 in Kazan and a prize fund of more than 20 million rubles.
Winnings from Warface tournament events are increasing from year to year. If at the first tournament it amounted to 300 thousand rubles, then at the largest one, as much as 17.5 million rubles were played. Since the end of September, the Warface PRO.Fall 2023 esports tournament has been ongoing with a prize fund of 6.7 million rubles. The autumn season of the 2023 Warface PRO championship consists of 5 stages: Challengers, Masters, Champions, Legends and Valkyries (women’s professional league with a prize fund of 500,000 rubles). The LAN finals of the tournament will be held in Moscow on November 18 and 19.
