Developers from Blizzard studio are planning to make major changes to the specifics of unique action items in Diablo 4.
At the question and answer session, company representatives talked about how items obtained in the endgame will become more useful. Previously, players complained that the artifacts that drop, even if they are obtained with hard work after an epic battle, are not always worth the effort and money invested. The company plans to change this by making such items more in demand. More specifically: artifacts will receive more unique effects; the range of bonus characteristics will expand; there will be more bonuses, they will become more significant for the hero.
Blizzard did not say when exactly these changes will be implemented. We’ll likely have to wait until most of 2024, as the game’s next global expansion won’t be released for another year.
