Developers of a cartoon fighting game MultiVersus it didn’t take long to decide on a new start date for the first season. Fresh chapter and battle pass come out within a few days.
At the same time, the studio notes that the content will appear gradually. The first in line is a pass with rewards, on August 23 the roster of fighters will be replenished by Morty from “Rick and Morty”, and other additions will land in the game before the end of the season. Among them, for example, new modes and “cosmetics”. Also, sometime in the first chapter, Rick, Morty’s grandfather, will join the battle. Developers promise to reveal more details in the coming weeks.
MultiVersus is in open “beta” on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation and Xbox. The number of gamers in the shareware fighting game has exceeded 10 million – for this it took him only two weeks from the start of testing. Officially, the game is not available in Russia.
