The models are based on the Phison PS5026-E26 controller – the first and so far the only solution already on sale with a PCIe 5.0 x4 data transfer interface.

Phison PS5026-E26 is manufactured using a 12-nanometer process technology at TSMC facilities, and is based on two ARM Cortex-R5 cores and three proprietary CoXProcessor 2.0 cores. The chipset supports the NVMe 2.0 protocol and is equipped with a high-speed PCIe 5.0 bus. Its feature is double the bandwidth compared to its predecessor, PCIe 4.0. Thus, PCIe 5.0 x4 can transfer data at speeds in excess of 15,000 MB/s.

Thanks to this, DIGMA PRO Top P6 solid state drives show high speeds of reading and writing information. The older model with a capacity of 2 TB has a read speed of 12,000 MB/s and a write speed of 11,000 MB/s, while the younger model has 10,000 MB/s and 10,000 MB/s, respectively. 1TB SSDs also perform well. The older model has 11,500 MB/s and 9,500 MB/s for reading and writing, the younger model has 10,000 MB/s and 8,500 MB/s, respectively.

Depending on the size of the SSD, the guaranteed rewrite capacity is 700 and 1400 TB, respectively. The device’s failure-free operation time reaches 2 million hours, that is, more than 220 years.

All four SSDs are available in M.2 2280 format. They are compatible with PCs and laptops that support PCIe 5.0 x4 SSDs. Solid state drives require the installation of an additional active cooling system.

The local warranty on devices is valid for five years.
