Developers from DICE and Electronic Arts studio presented a new Halloween event for season 6 of the shooter Battlefield 2042 – Dark Protocol. The event will run from October 31st to November 14th, during which you’ll be able to earn a variety of cosmetics and rewards. Let us remind you that Battlefield 2042 can be played on PC platforms (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
To announce the Dark Protocol event, the developers presented a small trailer with the main features. The key one is the new game mode “Breaker”, in which players will be able to fight with cyborg soldiers controlled by artificial intelligence. The best tactic is to shoot them from a distance and never let them get closer, because in hand-to-hand combat they are deadly. It is known that the mode will be in a 12 by 12 format.
