Independent studio Mainframe Industries has announced the start of a closed alpha test of its new MMORPG with a social sandbox focus – Pax Dei. The stage will run until November 27, and during it all participants will be able to try out PvE gameplay: world exploration, construction, resource grinding, crafting, and even the clan system. But the most important feature of the alpha test is the absence of an NDA agreement, so the first screenshots and gameplay clips will soon flood the network.
According to developers from Mainframe Industries, the closed alpha test is called Home Valley and is entirely focused on peaceful content. Players have access to an open world with an area of about 300 square kilometers, which is divided into different provinces. The mechanics currently presented are: building a house, collecting resources and a system for crafting items.
Minimum System Requirements
- Video card: Nvidia RTX 2070 or Radeon RX 5500 XT;
- RAM: 16 GB;
- Disk space: 70 GB.
Now you can no longer get into the alpha test – the application could be left until November 12. But this probably won’t be the last time Pax Dei is tested, so stay tuned for news.
