Sony became one more studio – Bungie officially joined the family PlayStation Studios. On the completion of the transaction, both sides reported in social networks.
Apparently, regulators and antitrust regulators found no reason to stop the purchase, and therefore gave the green light.

Recall Sony announced the purchase Bungie for $3.6 billion at the end of January 2022. To keep employees of the acquired studio in the workplace, the Japanese corporation will use $1.2 billion in stimulus payments.
