The global version of ODIN: Valhalla Rising will never reach the App Store and Google Play, at least in Western countries. This is confirmed by the latest report from the Korean company Kakao Games to investors. It says that the game will be released globally in the 1st half of 2024. That is, in theory, the project can be expected until the summer of next year.
The game ODIN: Valhalla Rising is being developed by Lionheart studio for PC and smartphones. Regions Kakao Games is targeting – North America and Europe. Perhaps “Russia was not included in the deal.” At least it’s good that the developers will not limit themselves to Southeast Asia.
I wonder why it takes so long to transfer ODIN: Valhalla Rising to global servers? Is it really difficult to find translation studios for localization?
It will also be interesting to see if global ODIN: Valhalla Rising players will get relevant content like they did in South Korea, or if they will have to catch up to their Asian friends for years to come.
