Have you ever wondered why we love the Diablo series so much? A huge world, a lot of monsters, dungeons of things, weapons and abilities. A lot of people were waiting for a real hit from Diablo 3, but the result was something in between. Well actually to each his own.
Now I would like to talk about another game from the killer series or clones of the same Diablo.
Who just did not try to repeat his successes. What is even a little more legendary Titan Quest worth.
A lot of people tried to turn the idea of an isometric Rpg into a real mmo. Perhaps the closest to the implementation of this idea was the Path of Exile project. But the developers of this game themselves do not consider their game as a full-fledged MMORPG at all.
So, a lot of people are trying to make a classic isometric multiplayer online game. And at the moment, perhaps, the Guardians of Ember project has come closest to this matter.
Guardians of Ember- the project has just left early access on steam. And it costs about 350 rubles now. That’s just judging by the mixed ratings and comments all in the same Steam.
So what does the Guardians of Ember project actually promise us?
After years of war, the world of Olindale is in total chaos. In Guardians of Ember, you are a member of a brotherhood that is the last shield against a dark menace. Sinister forces threaten the earth
Nothing out of the ordinary for our player brother so far, I think.
Actually, we start by creating a character for one of the 4 races: Humans, Dwarves, Elves and cute girls from the Neia race. Well, where are now without cuties, in modern games.
Everything about classes is still more standard here: knight, ranger, mage priest and engineer of course.
So at the very beginning, everything is as standard as possible. Although the character customization editor is not the worst.
Additional nice features include the ability to choose control options and the ability to get yourself a second class after reaching level 15.
Also waiting for us: 58 zones with various monsters and more than 60 randomly generated dungeons. There is also an arena system with 1v1, 3v3 and 5v5 fights. There is also fishing and even the opportunity to own your own house. Of course, there is also a crafting system that is somewhat reminiscent of the same Diablo. By the way, there are even branded achievements for the same Steam.
Well, in the end, a pretty sweet story awaits us at the release with its unusual atmosphere, but it is unlikely that it will be able to compete with such titans from those that everyone is waiting for. But there will be at least something to take time while waiting for the same Lost Ark.
No matter how there was a game in the release and definitely worth your attention.
