The gamescom opening ceremony will take place on August 23rd. Event host Jeff Keely (Geoff Keighley) announced that over 30 games would be shown that day.

The opening ceremony will start on August 23 at 21:00 Moscow time and will last for two hours.
The main part of gamescom 2022 will take place from August 24th to 28th. Among other things, there will be a show home world 3 and host the latest edition of the Future Games Show.
