The budget model received a large display and memory capacity, as well as a memorable rear back design.
The appearance of the FreeYond M6 is inspired by the Fibonacci sequence and is made using a spiral pattern. The model is available in three colors: black, blue and green. The smartphone’s dimensions are 168.5 x 76.6 x 8.45 mm and its weight is 199 g.
The device features a 6.78-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2460 x 1080, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an average brightness of 550 nits, a screen ratio of 21:9 and a pixel density of 395 ppi.
It uses 256 GB of internal memory and 16 GB of RAM (8 GB + 8 GB via storage). The model also supports memory expansion up to 2 TB using a Micro SD card. The manufacturer notes that there is enough permanent memory to store files and applications, and a large supply of RAM allows you to keep programs running without unloading them from memory. The hardware specifications also include an eight-core processor with a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz.
FreeYond M6 is equipped with a 50 MP rear main camera with AI algorithms. It supports four-in-one pixel binning technology, dual Super PD autofocus and dual HDR synthesis technology. There is also a 2 MP macro camera with an 85° field of view and a 2 MP depth sensor for photos with bokeh effects. The front 8 MP camera supports unlocking using facial recognition and recording video in 720p.
The new product also has support for 4G and NFC, runs on Android 13. The kit includes a phone, a power adapter, a Type-C cable, a SIM card ejector and a protective case.
The FreeYond brand also presented other products, including the FreeYond M5 5G smartphone and the FreeYond A5 tablet.
The FreeYond M5 5G smartphone supports 5G connectivity and is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor for good performance.
The FreeYond A5 tablet received a Spreadtrum T616 chip, 16 GB of RAM (8 GB + 8 GB of extended memory) and 256 GB eMMC storage, an 11-inch screen with FHD+ resolution, and support for fast charging.
