But the Frosty Pop studio does not lose hope, so it is working on the mobile game Pillow Champ. It will be released in the spring of 2024 and will be available to Netflix subscribers.
So far, there are few details about Pillow Champ. The developers say that touch controls will be the best among mobile fighting games. An impressive story campaign will also be added to the project.
As stated toucharcade, Pillow Champ is also set to release on PC and Nintendo Switch; Pre-registration is taking place on Steam. I expect that Netflix Games will only publish the mobile version for iOS and Android, so on PC and Switch you can just buy the game and not activate your Netflix subscription.
Pillow Champ will offer 2.5D battles with support for local multiplayer and online battles. According to the plot, the year is 2024, when humanity has calmed down and solves problems only with the help of pillow fights. A total of 8 characters are expected, and their movements will be inspired by national dances, exercises and various martial arts.
