Developers from Frost Giant Studios, including people from Blizzard, have announced the timing of the closed beta test of the Stormgate strategy. The game was announced in 2021 and was in development for a long time without much news – we were only shown small gameplay videos. It is now known that the CBT will take place in December of this year, and random players selected by the studio will be able to take part in it.

The developers will select random teams of three people so that they can test out 2 modes. The first is three against artificial intelligence, and the second is regular PvP 1v1.
The authors promise that after release Stormgate will have an editor for creating custom maps, mini-games and missions. And also the opportunity to hold your own tournaments and a separate functionality tailored for this – just for fans of e-sports.
