Ensemble Stars Training is a mobile game that was released in Japan on the App Store and Google Play on September 15th. Its trick is that players have to get up from the sofa or bed to train their body along with virtual characters. No sports equipment is needed, a maximum of half-liter water bottles.

It’s a shame that Ensemble Stars Training doesn’t track the player’s body position, but the trainers do the exercises slowly, plus they don’t look like they’re traumatic; Also, before a full training session, the player warms up his body.

Ensemble Stars Training has 51 instructors and over 50 songs. Players will be able to choose 1 coach who will conduct the following training:

  • Squats;
  • Plank;
  • Stretching;
  • Other physical exercises.

The developers claim that if you work hard for 10 days, the trainer will reward you. Another plus of the game is that you can complete it from start to finish completely free of charge. This project should probably introduce newcomers to the Ensemble Stars franchise.
