Electronic Arts presented a new gameplay video for its upcoming release – EA Sports WRC. We were shown 10 minutes of gameplay, the physics of driving on asphalt and off-road, three tracks with different weather and conditions, and the change of seasons. The release of the new part of WRC is scheduled for November 3, 2023. The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

EA Sports WRC is a new part of the WRC series, once purchased from NACON, and the first part released by developers from Electronic Arts and Codemasters. The game looks promising, but the visuals are pretty basic for 2023. The developers sacrificed them for the sake of optimization; after all, each map is more than 35 kilometers of unique roads.

Some technical information. The PC version of the game will be released with support for a controller, steering wheel, pedals and other peripherals, such as widescreen monitors and VR. At launch, EA Sports WRC will immediately support DLSS and FSR.
