Urskog is a walking simulator with puzzle elements. The indie project uses cartoony low-poly graphics and a first-person view. You can control the protagonist using a keyboard with a mouse or a gamepad. There are no fights with enemies and other tense moments here. The title offers relaxing gameplay. This is a small game. The nameless hero can walk, speed up and jump. He is also able to interact with the environment. In Urskog, you can pick up items and solve puzzles with them. For example: the game allows you to throw a boulder from a cliff that prevents you from passing, take a log and use it as a bridge to pass through a crevice, lay out a river crossing from cobblestones, and stuff like that. There are also simple riddles in which they offer to activate hidden symbols, align objects, etc.

The main character helps the living lights return to the mother tree that grows in the very center of the magical forest. Each lost spirit builds a ghostly staircase around the tree. With her help, the hero wants to climb to the very top. The game has an unusually implemented hint system. To get advice, you need to find a special circle of stones and meditate in it, observing different visions. Walks take place not only in open areas, but also in caves. There is a change in time of day.
