Tycoon City: New York – a city-building simulator in which it is necessary to develop the city of New York and Manhattan Island. A feature of the gameplay is that you can build real sights: the Empire State Building, the Chrysler, the Statue of Liberty, the Rockefeller Center and the UN Headquarters.

The game includes 2 modes: city building and sandbox. The first is an analogue of the campaign, where you need to develop all areas of the metropolis, starting with Greenwich Village. The sandbox allows you to just play for fun and not be distracted by story missions. The story mode begins with empty areas, which gradually need to be built up with residential, commercial and recreational buildings.
