Action Terra Alia takes place on Terra Alia, alternatively to Earth. Sentient beings mastered magical abilities and developed rapidly. The player takes control of an academy graduate who has recently completed his studies. A former professor of Esperanto sent an invitation letter, according to which the main character will be able to go to a prestigious school for teaching technomancy. As soon as the central character arrives at the place, he does not find familiar faces. Events lead the protagonist to mysterious events. He will have to solve the mystery and learn how to use magic in a new place by learning the local language.

The user moves around the new city, participates in dialogues in a language that is not understandable to the ward, and also encounters dark wizards. Gradually, the hero pumps his skills and knowledge, helping him to expand his potential.
