Terminal Machine is a first-person shooter created with fairly simple 3D graphics that don’t stand out for the high-definition textures. The action of the story campaign, designed for a single passage without the need to be connected to the Internet, takes place in the distant future, which turned out not in the best way for the entire human civilization. The player will have to save the Earth and billions of its inhabitants in a huge and bloody war with evil that has come from the depths of outer space.

People lived in constant fear of a possible Third World War, which would erase most countries from the maps due to the many times increased forces of states. But the fear of conflict between people of different nationalities was suppressed after alien cyborgs burst into the planet, only vaguely resembling people. They flew in for the total destruction of mankind, and in order to seize the Earth under their control.

The locations presented to the user in the levels during the single player campaign are made as linear as possible, with rare nooks and crannies where valuable bonuses, equipment, cartridges and secrets are hidden.
