In third-person action Star Special Forces you play as a space warrior fighting against alien threats. The campaign offers to go through dozens of action-packed levels. All tasks are conditionally divided into two parts: flying on a spaceship, where you need to dodge asteroids and fight enemy shuttles, as well as landing on the surface of different planets, where you have to fight with a variety of weapons.

The main goal of each mission is to collect useful items and destroy the boss. At the same time, strategically important objects are to be blown up. Battles with numerous enemies are optional and you decide whether to exterminate the population of creatures under the root, or focus only on the main goal.

Enemies in Devastation Zone Troopers are very diverse: humanoid aliens, mini-UFOs with blades or rapid-fire cannons. You will need to fight against them with a laser, a plasma blaster, a rocket launcher and a photon gun. Completing tasks, save up money to buy new barrels or upgrade existing ones.
