Magnetic: Cage Closed is a puzzle-platformer that successfully combines the genre features of horror and adventure. The basis of the plot and the gameplay itself is the passage of the labyrinth.

The antagonist is a prisoner whose prison is a mysterious structure, with many deadly traps and secrets hidden everywhere. As you go deeper into the secrets of this place, the main character begins to understand that his prison is something more, a hellish mixture of a scientific laboratory, a testing ground and an obstacle course, where any mistake can be fatal.

The main tool of passage is a magnetic gun, which can create differently charged electromagnetic fields and thus influence the environment (move large objects, open an inaccessible mechanism or turn off a trap). Depending on how the player learns to control these weapons, it will be decided whether the adventure will end successfully.

A feature of the game is the rebuilding of the world itself due to the choices made by the player. When the main character makes a decision, he “builds” for himself a new obstacle course, consisting of a set of certain rooms and halls. Because of this circumstance, each passage becomes unique.
