Inhabited Island – a game created based on the work of the Strugatsky brothers. The gamer takes control of the soldiers. Before completing each task, a conversation is held with the commander, who speaks of the target. The quartermaster offers to purchase new weapons if the user has successfully completed previous missions. Each quest has one scenario: a conversation with the commander, change and selection of equipment, and after the start of the operation.

The gameplay is presented in the style of “search and destroy”. The user takes control of several skilled fighters, and then goes to move through the corridor areas and face opponents. In the course of passing, the wards increase their levels, and the earned commander points are necessary to purchase more advanced equipment.

During the process, the user is able to come up with different tactics for successful execution. Subordinates are classified: support, attack aircraft, machine gunners, snipers and others. Units are weak against certain types of enemies and strong against others at the same time. If the warriors die, they instantly respawn at the checkpoint, and the experience earned remains. The pointing arrow helps you figure out which direction to go through the game areas. The artificial intelligence that controls the rivals uses different tactics and warriors to win.
