In the midst of all the events, a new classmate, Chidori Takasaki, arrives at the school and disrupts Erika’s secluded lifestyle in all sorts of ways. Perhaps at first they do not understand each other, but soon the heroine realizes that Chidori is something more than just a classmate. She wonders if a friendship can exist between a haughty girl and a rude misanthrope.
