Elden: Path of the Forgotten tells about the adventures of the guy Elden, who went on a journey through the deserted territories – the Forgotten Way, inhabited by various monsters. The developers were inspired by the works of Howard Lovecraft, whose ideas are clearly visible in the plot. Gamers will meet pixelated local inhabitants and artifacts. The protagonist will travel through various locations, which are united by the gloomy atmosphere of ancient horror. Here you can visit snow-covered fields, deserts, forests and ruins. Along the way, Elden picks up cryptic manuscripts written in an unknown language. In addition to books, the character will find various items that will come in handy in his travels more than once.

The world is inhabited by many nightmarish creatures – from mutant beetles to demonic bipedal creatures with tentacles around their mouths. In battles with monsters, the hero uses various spells and weapons. In battle, you must quickly choose a position for defense and attack, relying on your dexterity and speed of reaction. In addition to the usual opponents, Elden will fight huge bosses.
