Deep Ones – a dark arcade game about the mysteries of the deep oceans. The game is based on the scary and atmospheric stories of writer Howard Phillips Lovecraft. The gameplay fully pays homage to retro platformers, trying to convey the spirit of the old-soul arcades, combined with modern storytelling methods. The gameplay is represented by a hardcore challenge.

The plot of Deep Ones starts with the crash of a submarine. The cause of the disaster was a huge mutant octopus living at the bottom of the ocean. He pursues only one goal – to destroy as many people as possible, trying to destroy everyone who pokes his head into his territory. This monster is a creature of darkness and the most dangerous creature that can only live on our planet. You play as a hero named Diver. And it turns out to be not as simple as it might seem at first glance.

The protagonist will stop at nothing until he takes his submarine back. To win back what is his, he is ready to pass any test and plunge into the darkest corners of the seabed. Descend into dark caves, overcome dense thickets of algae and fight face to face with mystical creatures of the ocean depths. In the course of the story, Driver will be able to find new friends and get out of such a mess, which he will tell his children about in the future.
