Game update 139 has been released for DC Universe Online, in which the Gentleman Phantom became a new villain in the cursed Gotham City. The shadowy supervillain will appear in the superhero MMORPG for a limited time as a new open world boss, as well as in the Elite Plus versions of the Cursed Themiscyra raid and the Cursed House of Secrets Episode 46.
The update also brings a number of quality of life improvements, including the complete removal of the durability and gear repair system, as well as a completely redesigned character creation process and tutorial for new players. Most notably, the revamped character creator introduces new customization options, including new streetwear, slim lines, and updated versions of some classic styles.
