As part of the latest financial report Activision stated that in 2023 call of duty get some premium content.
Looks like it’s a major DLC or spin-off. According to the journalist Jason Schreyer (Jason Schreier), complete call of duty will not be released next year, so Activision fill the gap with a smaller scale project.
Presumably, this project will be a standalone zombie mode call of duty. At least as they say Schreier and insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson), in 2023, a shareware game based on the Call of Duty will be released, in the development of which Treyarch.
Treyarch also does call of duty 2024 – perhaps a new one Black Ops.
Things haven’t been going well for the series lately. According to the report, indicators Call of Duty: Vanguard and war zone improved over the past quarter, but sales on PC and consoles remained low. Maybe it will fix the situation. Modern Warfare IIwhose release is scheduled for October 28.
