The base model of the Vivo X100 smartphone offers a 6.78-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is the MediaTek Dimensity 9300. It should compete for the title of best chipset with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Protection against dust and moisture is at the IP68 level. As for memory, this is:

- 16 + 512 GB;
- 16 GB + 1 TB and another similar volume, but with LPDDR5T memory.
The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh with 120 W fast charging.

The Pro version has the same screen, chipset and protection from moisture and dust. The battery is increased to 5,400 mAh with 100 W wired and 50 W wireless fast charging.
The camera is also improved – a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP Zeiss APO and a 50 MP wide-angle lens. The selfie camera is the same as the base model – 32 MP.
