Developers from the CCP Games studio have finally decided on the first alpha test of EVE Vanguard, a multiplayer looter shooter in the style of Tarkov. The game was first announced as part of EVE Fanfest 2023, which took place in September – just a few months ago. Judging by the company’s statement, the testing will be called “First Strike” and will take place from 15:00 on December 7 to 15:00 on December 11 – time indicated in Moscow.

EVE Vanguard is not just a new looter shooter, but part of the original EVE Online multiplayer role-playing game, which is located in the same client. Now players will be able not only to fight in space battles, but also to go down to planets to plunder, extract resources, knock out unique equipment and much more. Like Dust 514, which was released for the PlayStation 3 in 2013, EVE Vanguard will be able to influence the appearance of the entire gaming universe – New Eden.

By the way, all players with an Omega subscription for the MMORPG EVE Online will be able to participate in the alpha test. The shooter will be available directly in the game launcher.
