Russian studio Sobaka, known for the twin-stick shooter REMEDIUM and beat ’em up 9 Monkeys of Shaolin, has released a demo version of the new roguelite action game Kiborg. It is needed so that players can try out combat mechanics against endless waves of enemies. Demo available at Steam, EGS And VK Play.
According to the trailer and demo, we will have to fight in the arena against a variety of opponents. For your military achievements, the game will give you a reward – tokens that can be spent outside of battle on various hero upgrades. To raise the competitive spirit, Kiborg has a table of the best players.
The game has a plot, which is surprising for such an arena. We play as the cyborg Vasily, the leader of the rebels on the planet Sigma. One day, a colony of people is attacked by a strange life form – a swarm called the Substance. It is with him that we will have to fight, overcoming endless waves.
Kiborg does not have an official release date, the game will have to wait a few more years. According to the developers, the gameplay from the demo may change by then.
